The Pro Vice-Chancellor’s Office is an Office under the Office of the Vice-Chancellor and it works in close collaboration with the Office of the Vice–Chancellor. The head, who is the Pro Vice-Chancellor is the statutory deputy to the Vice-Chancellor and stands in for the Vice-Chancellor in his/her absence. She/He is the statutory chair of some committees.
